Linda Mullola

Linda Mullola is a self-taught artist, born and raised in Sudbury, Ontario. As the child of a painter, she was introduced to painting at an early age. This introduction became a life-long passion, which she continues to pursue and develop through workshops with local and international artists.

Linda has been an active member of the Sudbury artist community for many years, participating in various group and solo art shows in Sudbury, on Manitoulin Island and in Elliot Lake. Her paintings have been exhibited at the La Cloche Juried Art Show since 2000. In 2006 she joined the Sudbury Studio Tour, and has participated in the tour at her studio ever since. Linda is also a member of The Northern Artists Gallery, a co-operative group of artists who display their work at Artists on Elgin in Sudbury.

Landscapes of Northern Ontario are Linda's primary focus; the ever-changing seasons provide a wealth of painting inspirations. Her colourful landscapes are expressions of the beauty of the Northern Ontario landscapes she explores. Acrylics are her medium of choice, although she has also produced works in Watercolour, Pastel and Graphite.
